Nolan Parker Starks, Jr.

Nolan Parker Starks, Jr., age 74, of Adrian, MI, passed away, July 1, 2017.  He was born August 28, 1942, in Hutchinson, KS, the son of Nolan Sr., & Joy (Jones) Starks.  On September 21, 1963, he married Donna Marie (Green) Starks.  She preceded him in death on July 10, 2013.  He is survived by his two children, Dawn (Lance) Rowton and Jeffrey (Matt) Starks,  two grandchildren, Jonathan & Parker Rowton, six brothers, two sisters including special sister, Laura (Fernando) Castor and numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his wife Donna Starks, he was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers.  A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, July 10, 2017, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J.
