Beloved father and husband Melvyn J. Church, 79, went with his Lord Monday, March 27, 2017. He was born February 16, 1938 in Addison, Michigan. Mel is survived by wife, Gerry, children, Tammy, Debra, Ross, Amber, Autumn, Cole, Nicole and Tory, grandchildren and great grandchild. A Memorial Service will be held at Bethel Lutheran Church in Toledo, Ohio on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 1:00 PM
