John Caballero Zarate

John Caballero Zarate, age 86, of Adrian, MI, passed away, October 21, 2016, at Magnum Care of Adrian surrounded by his family.    He was born May 15, 1930, in Sugarland, TX, the son of Francisco & Maria (Caballero) Zarate, they preceded him in death. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ruben Zarate & Johnny Zarate.    He is survived by his children, Thomas (Connie) Zarate, Sylvia Zarate, Ruth (Rafael) Zarate Jimenez, Linda (Dennis) Stephens, Tony Zarate and Tim Hernandez, numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren and his brother, Manny Zarate.  Per John's wishes, cremation will take place. A Memorial Service will be held 5:00 PM Thursday, October 27, 2016, at the Croswell Family Worship Center, 409 Croswell St., Adrian, MI, with Pastor Ralph Vallejo officiating.  Arrangements entrusted to J. Gilbert Purse funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
