John Flores

John Flores, age 65, of Toledo, formerly of Tecumseh, passed away July 27,2016. John was born October 1, 1950 in Bowling Green, Ohio the son of Ysabel and Feliz (Pizana) Flores. He had a love of all Mexican music playing the bass guitar, accordion and many other instruments. He was a member of a band playing in many local venues. John is survived by his children, John (Dawn), Julia, Cisco (Shannon), Che`(Janette), Fernando (Leanna), Monica, Carlos (Annaliza), Brian "Pete",  Eric (Angie) and Jacob; siblings, Maria (Rudy), Bruno (Twila), Jesus (Meronica), Virginia, Rachel, Jose (India), Veronica  and  Nikita; love of his life, Lorie and the mother of his children, Michelle and many many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation  will be 4:00 - 7:00 P. M. Friday, July 29, 2015 at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh. A scripture service  will follow at 7:00  P. M. with Deacon Ray Pizana presiding. A Memorial Mass will take place at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Tecumseh , followed by burial of the cremains in Brookside Cemetery.
