Jesse Castorena, Sr.

Jesse Castorena, Sr., age 78, of Tecumseh, passed away February 10, 2015.  Jesse was born March 5, 1936  in  Cotulla, Texas the son of  Philip and Guadlupe Castorena.  He retired ftom Tecumseh Corrugated Box after many years of service.  Jesse is survived  by his children, Jesse, Lenny, Medina, Diana, and Ricardo; son in law, Jeff Barnes;  11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 7 siblings.  He was preceded in death by his daughter,  Belia Barnes Castorena on February 17, 2012 and a son, Ruben David Castorena April 23, 2012 .  A prayer service will be held at 2:00 P. M. Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Deacon Ray Pizana officiating.  Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00 P.
