Gisela Geisler Styron

Gisela Geisler Styron, age 75, of Tecumseh, passed away Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.  Gisela was born in Nordhausen, Germany on May 29, 1942  to her parents Siegfried and Ingrid Geisler. She met PFC (Army) Frank Styron III (deceased) while he was stationed in Germany in 1964. They married shortly thereafter and returned to the United States. They made their residence in both Tennessee and Michigan.  Family was always first and foremost to Gil (How she was commonly known). She had four children Thomas (birth date 1963 - deceased) and survived by Michelle (Wes) Langer  of Tecumseh, Frank (April) Styron IV of Hudson and Stephanie (Terry) Styron-Bean of  White Lake; 9 grandchildren, Jeffrey, Brice, Thomas, Victor, Derek, Rebecca, Alexzandrea, Taylor and Cole and great grandchildren, Trinity, Jayce, Justyce and Avaiah.  Gil retired from the Ann Arbor News in 2004 after over 20 years of service.   She will will be missed very much by family and loved ones. Cremation has taken place and services will be private.
