George Leroy Abbott

George Leroy Abbott, age 61, of Adrian, MI, passed away, January 10, 2018, at Magnum Care of Adrian. He was born June 20, 1956, in Adrian, MI, the son of Leroy Frederick & Claudette (Willett) Abbott.  George loved fishing, deer hunting and automobiles.  He is survived by his wife, Brenda Abbott, his children, Amanda (Jack) Rutledge, Timothy Abbott, Christopher Nickloy, Cody Abbott, and Casey Abbott, four grandchildren, his siblings, Annabelle Baughey- Voorhees (Timothy), Lora (Dan) Ward, Teresa LaMoreaux, Lynda Abbott, Patricia Abbott Carrico and twenty nine nieces & nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jody Wilson and Lewis Shane Wilson.  According to his wishes, cremation will take place.  A Memorial Luncheon will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Church of God of Prophecy, 1245 Division Street, Adrian, MI 49221
