Evangelina Flores

Evangelina Flores, age 77, of Tecumseh, passed away April 11, 2017. Evangelina was born November 30, 1939 in Encinal City, Texas  the daughter of Louis and Melitona (Gomez) Flores.  She was a member of the American Legion and attended St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, both in Tecumseh. She retired from Tecumseh Corrugated Box after many years of service and also held the position of Union Steward. Evangelina is survived by her children,  Jesse, Jr., Lionel, Medina, Diana and Ricardo, all of Tecumseh; brother, Abel; sister, Lucinda; son in law, Jeff; 12 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her daughter, Belia; son, Ruben and a grandson. Funeral services will be 1:00 P. M. Saturday, April 15, 2017 at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh with Fr. Daniel Wheeler officiating.  Visitation will be 11:00 A. M. to 1:00 P. M. also Saturday, until time of service.
