Eleice Delean Pearson

Eleice  Delean  Pearson, age 40, of Albion, MI, passed away, April 1, 2015, at Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo, MI.  She was born October 2, 1974, in Albion, MI, the daughter of James Jr. & Ernestine (Embry) Pearson.  She leaves to cherish her memories one daughter Elon  Precious Smith and one son Shammon Curtis Moss. She has one granddaughter, Za’harianna Michelle Moss. She has one sister, Marquetta Frost and one step-sister Sherry Smith, two brothers Darnell Pearson and James Pearson III. She has 3 nieces Malika, Maya Caldwell, and Maliya Frost. She also has one aunt Hattie Embry and Grandmother Gladys Embry.  She has four uncles John “Mickey” Henry Pearson, Bruce (Quilla) Embry, Howard Embry, and Lee Embry and a host of cousins and friends. She was Precede in death by her mother Ernestine Pearson, Grandfather Ernest Embry, Grandmother Margret Pearson, uncle Lee “Punkin” Embry, and aunt Tommie Jean Pearson. She also leaves a  few special friends, Ronald Staley, Helen “ Bonita” Murphy, and Favorite cousin Tiya Kemp.  Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Macedonia Baptist Church, 1010 Chauncey St., Albion, MI 49224.  Cremation will follow.  Visitation will also be on Saturday at the church from 9:00 AM until the time of service.  Arrangements are under the direction of J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
