Dawn Marie Wallace, age 58, of Adrian, MI, passed away, January 20, 2018. at home with her family under Great Lakes Hospice Caring. She was born July 25, 1959, in Adrian, MI, the daughter of Jack McMordie & Sharon McDonald. On August 12, 1992, she married Dave Wallace, he survives. Dawn was a graduate of Blissfied High School, Class of 1977. She worked at AMCO in Adrian, MI. In addition to her husband Dave Wallace, she is survived by her two sons, Scott (Amanda) McMordie, Jared Wallace, two grandchildren, Braden James McMordie & Liam Scott McMordie, her mother, Sharon McDonald (Lou Miller), her siblings, Darlene (Roger) Terrill, Bill McMordie, Michelle (Rick) St. Clair, Todd (Karen) McMordie, Russell (Debbie) McMordie and Paula Ulrich, her bestie, Carol Gardner, along with numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack McMordie and step-father, Larry McDonald. Funeral Services will be held, 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Brent McMordie officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 23, 2017, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
