Clara Lee Fox, age 90, of Adrian, MI, passed away, January 20, 2017, at Provincial House. She was born November 3, 1926 in Poplar Bluff, MO the daughter of William Ray & Rosie Marie Lowery. Clara married Willis D. Fox, Sr, who preceded her in death on July 27, 1988. In addition to her husband Willis Sr., she was preceded in death by her three sons, Willis "Little Bit" Fox, Jr., Frank Fox and Roger Fox, two daughters, Jeannette Terlesky and Jacqueline Fox and her parents. She is survived by two daughters, Ethel Glisson of Adrian and Clara (Richard) Crabb, of Martinsburg, WV, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and two foster children, Louis Michael Esterline of Adrian and Joanie Kay Esterline of Brooksville, FL. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 25, 2017, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Pastor David King officiating. Burial will follow in Lenawee County Memorial Gardens, Tecumseh, MI. Visitation will be on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and also on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
