Charlene Yvonne Kimble

Charlene Yvonne Kimble, age 79, of Jasper, MI, passed away, August 6, 2016, at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, in Los Angeles, CA, surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born March 18, 1937, in Cement City, MI, the daughter of Amos & Margaret (Cook) Echler.  On June 4, 1955, she married LeRoy Kimble.  He preceded her in death on July 31, 2012.  She is survived by her children, Stephen LeRoy (Donna) Kimble, Rhonda Lee (Keith) McClain, seven grandchildren, Tyson Divert, Lucas Kimble, Stephanie (Duane) Justice, Brent McClain, Kathy (Steve) Deskins, Andrea (Chris) Fullwood and Sharon (Tommy) Carter, nineteen great grandchildren, three brothers, Carl (Jan) Collins, Robert Johnson and Norman Johnson and one sister, Marcia Deck.  In addition to her husband LeRoy, she was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Kenneth Butcher and one great granddaughter.  Memorial Services will be held 5:00 PM Friday, September 30, 2016, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI, with Pastor Bruce Jewett officiating.  Visitation will also be on Friday from 4:00 PM until the time of service at the J.
