Braylon Jack Griggs

Braylon Jack Griggs age 13, of Clinton, MI, is now dancing in Heaven. After 17 months of battling brain cancer he gained his wings on October 20, 2017, at home surrounded by his family.  Braylon loved everything related to science, reading, video games and being with his family and service dog Colt. He touched many lives in his short time on earth with his unique humor, infectious smile and genuine love of life. Braylon always embraced learning and loved to share his knowledge with anyone that would listen. He faced his battle with cancer with an insurmountable amount of strength and courage never complaining or asking why. He fought hard and was so very brave touching so many lives in the process. He is the true definition of #braylonstrong.  Loving son of Dorin (Catherine) Griggs & Jennifer (Ken) Abraham, Brother of Alexis, Diont'e, Darius, Sydney, Brian, Whitney (Boyd) And Kenneth Jr (Lara), Precious grandson Of Dennis & Cyndie Milligan and Bennie and Lula Griggs, Uncle to Mason, Parker, Emma and Rowan. Loved by his many Aunts, Uncles, cousins, friends and classmates.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, October 24, 2017, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, October 23, 2017, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Adrian, MI.
