Barbara E. Parshall

Barbara E. Parshall, age 77, of Adrian passed away Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016.  She was born in Weston, Mich., to Kenneth and Gertrude VanDusen. She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Jay Bacon.  Barbara retired from the United States Postal Service. She is survived by her daughter, Bobbie (Jon) Kurutz of Lake Somerset; her son, Alan (Deb) Bacon of Jasper; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.  Memorial services for Barbara will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016, in the Garden Room at Hidden Lake Gardens.
