Arturo "Art" Elizardo

Arturo "Art" Elizardo, age 77, of Adrian, MI, passed away, August 29, 2017.  He was born April 2, 1940, in Cotulla, TX, the son of Antonio & Ysabel (Velasquez) Elizardo.  He is survived by his children, Tina (Mark) Lozano, Cynthia Elizardo Powell, Terrie Lynn Belcher, Toni Elizardo and Arturo Jr. "Jay" (Julie) Elizardo, twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and two sisters, Elsie (Lody) Aranda and Betty Hernandez.  He was preceded in death by his parents and five brothers, Sonny, Ray, Oscar, Tony and Bobby Elizardo.  Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 6, 2017, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Adrian, MI.
