Karen J. Risner

Karen J. Risner, age 71, of Tecumseh, passed away January 27, 2018, at University Hospitals, Ann Arbor.  She was born September 2, 1946 in Tecumseh, MI, the daughter of Joseph and Ethel (Eversole) Nortley.  She is survived by her daughter, Susan Short (Ron Clement); son, Samuel M. Short (Monica Whiteman), two sisters, JoAnn Nortley and Linda Nortley; 4 brothers, Joseph Nortley, Gregory Nortley, Thomas Nortley, and Michael Nortley; 4 grandchildren, Ashley, Sarah, Samantha, and Chrystal; and 7 great grandchildren, Taylor, Carter, Hunter, Elizabeth, Mason, Goldie and Parker.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Gerald Nortley, and sister, Mary Renkiewcz.  Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday February 10, 2018 at Tipton Community Church with Rev.
