  1. Cot Viewing of loved one for immediate family up to 15 mins.  PLEASE NOTE: Waiver must be signed & not an option for autopsied remains. - ($295.00)
  2. Assistance with drafting & composing the obituary ($195.00*) *fee waived if obituary text is emailed to us
  3. Custom Printed Memorial Cards - ($295.00 set up & printing fee and then $25.00 per 40 cards)
  4. Thank You Cards with Envelopes - ($40.00 per 50 Cards with envelopes) 
  5. Register Book - ($25.00)
  6. Transfer Cremains into Urn(s) or Jewelry not purchased through funeral home - ($25.00 per each urn or jewelry item)
  7. Additional Mileage / Transport Fee outside of 25 mile radius - ($2.00 per mile)
  8. Plywood Cremation Casket Required for decedent over 300 LBS - ($95.00)
  9. Additional Staff for Transport of Decedent over 300 LBS - (to be determined according to the situation)
  10. Paid Obituary in Newspaper - (Daily Telegram charges $3.50 per line) 
  11. Produce DVD Video Tribute - ($95.00)

Cremation, Visitation & Memorial Service - $1,795.00

INCLUDES:

  1. Transfer from the place of death to our Funeral Home
  2. Basic services of the Funeral Director:  Filing All Necessary Authorizations, Securing Medical Examiner Authorization,  Notify Social Security, Securing the Death Certificate and Obtaining Certified Copies
  3. Service Vehicle to the Crematory
  4. Cremation Container - Fiberboard "Casket" with Plywood bottom
  5. Cremains Placed in Basic Container
  6. Crematory Charges
  7. Memorial Folders, Register Book, Thank You Cards & DVD Video Tribute
  8. Use of Chapel without body present for a Memorial Service and/or Visitation.  Also if you would like to see decedent privately, we will accommodate this for immediate family only at no extra charge.   Certain cases such as an autopsy or other circumstances may require embalming.
  9. Price valid Monday through Friday /  Additional fees will apply for Saturday & Sunday services / Weekend services can only be scheduled a few days in advance.

  4. (1) ONE Day of Visitation at our Facility with the Funeral Service the Following Day
  5. Basic services of the funeral director:  Arrangement Conference, Filing Necessary Authorizations, Notify Social Security, Securing the Death Certificate and Obtaining Certified Copies
  6. Register Book, Memorial Folders, Acknowledgement Cards, & DVD Video Tribute
  7. Service Vehicle to the Crematory
  8. Cremation "Fiberboard" Casket
  9. Cremains Placed in a Basic Container
  10. Crematory Fee, Lenawee County Cremation Permit, and Rental Insert are INCLUDED.
